How we work
A clear path from the first conversation to what comes next. Five stages, with you involved along the way.
We start with the problem, not the tech. Price and scope, including what we’ll build, why, and what done looks like, are agreed in writing before any code.
Shape the smallest useful first version: an MVP focused on the core problem. Design and prototype it early, so we can test the direction before the full build.
Engineering in short cycles with regular demos.
Testing, deployment and a clean handover of code, docs and access.
After launch we measure, fix and improve, so the product keeps climbing instead of stalling. Monitoring and ongoing support are available for as long as you need them, through a retainer you can end at any time.
AL-feek · /ˈæl.fiːk/
We bring design and engineering together to take ideas from their first concept to their best possible execution. We build for clients while constantly developing our own products with the same care and standards.
Driven by design, speed, and reliability, Alpheak aims to pioneer the next era of digital solutions. Developing scalable products that rethink what is possible in software. By automating workflows and crafting seamless modern digital experiences, we create forward thinking technology engineered to scale human potential and elevate everyday living.

Founder & Engineer
Anointine Ejele Omhelenmhen (Ejay) is the founder and engineer behind Alpheak LTD. He builds for clients while developing Alpheak’s own products. He believes better tools like Artificial Intelligence are shaping the future of work, with strict human judgement and accountability guiding what gets built.
What we believe
The future of technology should give more people the ability to turn a useful idea into something real. We believe that opportunity comes with a responsibility to build thoughtfully.
Engineering standards
Good engineering makes a product useful today, easier to maintain tomorrow and ready to scale as more people rely on it. These are the standards we propose for taking work from a clear requirement to a dependable release.
Write down the problem, who the product serves and how we will know it works. Agree the scope and acceptance criteria before building.
Choose tools that fit the problem. Separate responsibilities, keep the design understandable and document important technical decisions.
Protect people and their information from the start: check incoming data, give each person only the access they need and keep private information protected in storage and in transit. Design for people of different abilities, across devices. Check these safeguards throughout the build.
Keep changes in version control and review them before release. Test important user journeys, failure cases and integrations, not just the happy path.
Check performance in realistic conditions. Configure monitoring and alerts, and prepare backups and a recovery plan appropriate to the system before launch.
Provide the agreed code, documentation and access. Use real feedback and monitoring to guide fixes and improvements, with ongoing support for as long as it is needed.
How we use AI
AI agents are part of how we design and build. The aim is to give people more room for clear thinking, careful decisions, better and faster work. We don’t work based on “vibes”: clear requirements, evidence and testing guide our decisions. We make use of AI agents, while remaining responsible for reviewing its output, testing the results and deciding what ships.
Define the outcome, the constraints and what good looks like before choosing a tool or asking an agent to act.
Break the work into focused tasks, provide the right context and be deliberate about what information and access each task needs.
Treat AI output as work to examine. Check the reasoning, test the result and keep people responsible for what reaches the client.
